HR Manager will oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes as following:

- Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle (job posting to onboarding)

- Implement strategies to attract qualified talent

- Serve as the main point of contact for employee concerns, questions, & conflict resolution

- Promote positive workplace culture & employee engagement

- Implement & oversee the performance appraisal process

- Support managers in setting objectives, providing feedback, & managing underperformance

- Develop & monitor career development & training programs

- Ensure compliance with labor law & regulations

- Administer & oversee employee benefits programs

- Conduct salary reviews & manage employee compensation changes

- Provide reports to senior management on HR strategies, performance, & compliance

- Work closely with senior management to develop & implement HR strategies that align with the company's goals

Ihr Profil:

We are looking for experienced professionals to build up our local team. We believe in the potential of the individuals and in the fact that this potential grows best in a team. Our diversity makes us strong and allows us to take off together.

- 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a managerial role

- Strong understanding of employment law & regulations

- Bachelor's degree in HR Management, BA or similar

- Very good knowledge of English

- Experience with HR software

- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & preferably HR management tools

- Strategic thinking and ability to implement long-term HR plans

- Strong interpersonal & communication skills

- Leadership & people management skills

- Excellent problem-solving & conflict-resolution skills

- Strong organizational & multitasking skills

- Flexibility & adaptability

- Occasional travel may be required to attend recruitment fairs, training sessions, or company events
