Danish company GREENPEAS is looking for a self-sufficient Human Resource Manager for its subsidiary company in Romania.

Greenpeas is a company founded in 1977, with subsidiaries in Portugal, Italy and Romania. The company is working with different nationality, seasonal and permanent workers in several countries in Europe. Base activity is the pea production, together with the relation to other business activities that require human assets. Continuous development is a key aim in the company, therefore a local subsidiary will be opened to be closer to the Romanian workforce and to the future activities in Romania. Position summary

The human resource manager

  1. Will take part in the management of the new Romanian subsidiary, start-up and development of a competitive company in cooperation with the Danish company;
  2. National level Human Resource recruitment, active search, job announcements, promotions, mapping, relations with the public authorities;

Main focus on the agricultural job offerings.

Qualifications and experience

The ideal candidate:

  • Self-sufficient person with ability to start up and manage a competitive company;
  • Ability to lead and develop a self-sufficient HR department;
  • Kennis in arbeidsrecht en praktijken;
  • People oriented and result driven;
  • Relevant education or studies;
  • Vorige ervaring in de HR sector;
  • Goed geschreven en spoken communicatievaardigheden;
  • Listening and presentation skills;
  • English and Romanian speaker;
  • Good computer skills, especially Microsoft Office;
  • Ability to travel and work outside, as well inside an office;
  • Ervaring in de administratie kan nuttig zijn;

Primary duties

  • Delta i start-up eller datterselskabet herunder location and office setup;
  • Participate in the decision-making process about the workplace of the company;
  • Develop the Romanian company according to the strategy;
  • Actively seeks people for different functions;
  • Plans and organizes job postings and relevant area mapping;
  • Manages the recruitment and selection process;
  • Plans and organizes interviews and meetings;
  • Assists and keeps a good relationship with the job seekers and public authorities;
  • Offers job seekers counseling and training in writing CVs;
  • Keeps the CEO and connected team informed;
  • Recruit primarily to agricultural work;
  • Build a database with different skills and persons;


De kompensatiepakket omvat een goede werkomgeving met lineaire hierarchie bedrijf, mogelijkheid om te groeien in een zeer progressieve onderneming, vergoedingsniveau in de reeks van 1000-1500 Euro bruto, afhankelijk van resultaten.
