HR Officer (m/f). Luxemburgo

Your Role :

Within our Human Resources department in Luxembourg, you will become a key reference person for HR Administration, Compensation and Benefits matters, your role includes:

    Administering time, absences and various employee benefits

    Collaborating with external payroll providers to process the payroll of our 3 Luxembourg-based companies in a timely and accurate manner

    Responding to employee queries and providing assistance with HR-related matters

    Maintaining the HR database (Workday), ensuring employee data accuracy and availability

    Participating with HR colleagues in various HR local or international

Your Profile :

    Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources management

    at least 2 years of experience in Human Resources in Luxembourg

    Excellent communication skills in English and French, German being an added value

    Sound knowledge of Excel and agility with IT tools

    Strong analytical skills, well-organized and structured, capable to deal with non-standard topics

    Flexible, autonomous, discreet with excellent team-playing abilities
