HR Manager. Dublin. Irlanda

Wolfgang Digital is looking for a full time HR Manager to join the team. This is a full time role based in our Dublin 2 office.

The Role:

The HR Manager is responsible for all HR activities including recruitment, training, compensation and benefits, policy and procedure and the HR system Bamboo.  The HR Manager reports to the Director of Recruitment and People.

Key Responsibilities

    Provide accurate and expert advice on all aspects of people management, in line with the staff handbook, internal

        policies and employment legislation

    Collaborate with Management to drive and maximise the engagement of all employees and build company commitment

       to the strong culture (for example Wellness Initiatives, Respect and Dignity Updates and Staff Engagement events)

    Lead the deployment and development of Continuous Probation reviews and Performance Management reviews to drive

        improvements, consistency and skills for all staff

    Manage employee relations and conduct investigations, disciplinaries and grievance meetings as required

        in conjunction with the Department Heads following the policy guidelines

    Contribute to recruitment activities, including advertising, screening, interviewing and generation of contracts and other

        related documentation

    Liaise with Payroll to ensure that all relevant information/ updates are received in a timely manner

    Manage and maintain the internal HRIS system Bamboo

    Keep up to date with employment legislation and apply changes as required
