**Job Description:**

We are seeking a dedicated and responsible housekeeper to join our team. The housekeeper will play a crucial role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards across our assigned locations. This position is pivotal in ensuring that our clients' facilities, including guest rooms and common areas, are pristine and welcoming.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Clean and tidy guest rooms, bathrooms, and common areas according to established standards.

- Change bed linens and make beds.

- Replenish guest room supplies such as toiletries, towels, and refreshments.

- Vacuum carpets, mop floors, and dust furniture.

- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.

- Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and courteous manner.

- Follow all safety and sanitation policies and procedures diligently.

**Qualification Requirements:**

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience is preferred but not required.

- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.

- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.

- Good physical condition to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

- Reliable and punctual.

**Language Skills:**

- Basic English.

**Working Hours:**

- Full-time/part-time positions available.

- Flexible hours, including mornings, weekends, and holidays as required by operational needs.

Wages are paid according to collective agreements of SGS and SA. Salary for daily work ISK. 2,515 per hour and overtime ISK. 4,527 per hour.
