Job Description:

Extensive knowledge of pastry techniques, baking methods, and ingredient functionalities at this level.

Attention to detail and a passion for creating visually stunning and delicious desserts.

Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools used in pastry production.

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
