We are currently seeking a dynamic and visionary Creative Strategist to join our team.

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for aligning all stakeholders, producing creative concepts, and translating these ideas into cohesive design strategies that reflect our brand's ethos and meet the project's holistic objectives. Additionally, as a concept developer you will be in charge of writing compelling narratives to showcase the unique processes and outcomes of our projects. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the architecture and design industry as well as a flair for story telling. You will collaborate closely with our clients, architects, and designers to define and implement a strategic approach that ensures the success of each project on a brand, stakeholder, and narrative level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Narrative Development: Create engaging and persuasive narratives for both internal and external projects. This includes project descriptions, storytelling for design concepts, and communication strategies.
• Company Identity Development: Work collaboratively to define and develop the company's identity, ensuring it aligns with our vision and values.
• Content Creation: Write compelling copy for our website, press releases, award submissions, marketing materials, and other communications.
• Press and Media: Develop press texts and articles that highlight our projects and achievements, and handle media relations to promote our work.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the design and communications teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent voice across all platforms, as well as supporting our teams and clients on developing project narratives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Design, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: Proven experience in a creative strategy role within the architecture or design industry, experience with writing press releases, articles, or similar content is a plus.
• Skills: Ability to understand architectural drawings and proficiency in 3D-design software. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail. Ability to translate complex design concepts into accessible and engaging narratives.
• Attributes: Creative and critical thinker with strong strategic planning abilities. Excellent communicator with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Strong understanding of creative critical thinking processes within the architectural process.
