KARE PLAN LTD is looking for Healthcare Assistants for Co.Wicklow, Co.Dublin and Co.Kildare. 60 positions available. Work 40hrs per week. Rate 14.42/hr. Experience is not essential. Candidates with different career experience can apply but need to enrol already in QQI level 5 Healthcare Support Course or have already QQI Care Skills or Care of the Older person or have other healthcare qualification.

Your job description:

Care of people with disabilities, dementia, chronic health conditions and other high dependency care. Provide companionship, Medication reminders, Personal care, light housework. Meal preparation. Moving & transferring. High quality care and assistance as per Clients Care Plan. Observe, listen and engage with clients. Maintain positive relationships. Be punctual. Always observe confidentiality policies. Communicate with Kare Plan any changes or concerns in relation to clients needs/care. Report and record any incidents. Adhere to Health & Safety regulations.
