Head of Fund Oversight. Luxemburgo

Your role

The candidate will:

• Manage the Fund Oversight Team, provide them advice and solutions, share experience to build a strong, reliable and autonomous Team

• Be in charge of the supervision of the counterparties of the Management Company (Central Administrators, Investment Managers, Distributors and Depositaries)

• Conduct the initial and on-going due diligences on the counterparties, including on-site visit (international travelling might be required)

• Collect and challenge the KPIs from the counterparties, investigate potential risks identified, escalate issues and contribute to resolution of problems

• Liaise with delegates to enhance reporting processes and maintain Service Level Agreements

• Review and validate the fund's expenses, calculation of TER and on-going charges

• Review and validate the calculation of rebates to distributors

• Produce reports to the Conducting Officers and Board of Directors on oversight activities

Your skills

• You have a minimum Master's degree in Economics or Finance

• And have gained minimum 5 years of experience in the Luxembourg Funds industry. Any knowledge of Fund Accounting or Depositary activities would be an asset

• You have a very good understanding of Fund regulations (especially AIFMD and UCITS V)

• You are fluent in French and English

• You have good analytical/quantitative capabilities

• You master excel  (VBA knowledge would be a distinct advantage)

• “Hands-on” approach, ability to work autonomously but with a real team spirit

• You are a fast learner
