The Head of Fleet Master Data plays a key role in the organization, serving as the bridge between various departments within Boels Group. Your main responsibility will be to increase the quality of fleet master data across our systems and drive efficiency initiatives through process development, standardization, and digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities:

    Set and implement the Fleet Master Data strategy for Boels Group

    Take ownership of gathering, maintaining, and optimizing master data related to fleet operations across the Boels Group.

    Continuously follow up on the quality and efficiency of data processes.

    Work to streamline processes for sharing data between business areas within the organization.

    Lead and participate in group-wide projects related to fleet master data and data management tools.

    Collaborate across functions to improve processes and enhance cooperation between departments.

    Ensure ERP systems and related tools are consistently updated with correct fleet master data and functioning effectively.

    Drive innovation and efficiency through initiatives such as automation, AI integration, and standardization.

    Lead a critical function in a growing international organization.

Your experience

    To succeed in this role, you should be proactive, solutions-oriented, and structured, with excellent communication skills. Experience in navigating change and fostering collaboration across different business units will be highly valued.

    Solid experience in master data management and product information management, preferably in the rental or logistics sector.

    Proven leadership experience, including managing and developing teams during transformation phases.

    Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP preferred), EDI, and other digital tools, with advanced Excel skills.

    Strong analytical skills and a meticulous eye for detail.

    Excellent communication skills in English (Swedish is a bonus).

    Experience in automation, AI, or machine learning is a plus.
