In this key position, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting contracts and further developing our contract management.

The position

- Technical and disciplinary management of the Contract Management team

- Development and implementation of contract standards, offer templates, general terms and conditions

- Drafting, negotiation and support of national and international customer, partner or cooperation agreements and service provider contracts

- Legal advice to the management and other areas of the company on legal issues relating to day-to-day business

- Cross-departmental project work with various internal departments (compliance, sales, customer service, product management, marketing, data protection officer)

- Technical responsibility for the further development of the existing contract creation tool for the automated creation of standard contracts

- Management of external lawyers/contact persons with regard to legal issues, including the interests of international subsidiaries

Your profile

Legal Focus:

- IT law, licensing law, work contract and copyright law, software law, general contract law, data protection law

Preconditions:

- Successful completion of the first and second state examinations.

- Knowledge of software contract law, copyright law, general contract law, data protection law.

- Very good knowledge of Microsoft Word.

- Experience with document management systems such as ELO.

- Fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.

- Strong persuasiveness and communication skills.

- Ability to work carefully and purposefully even under time pressure.

- High level of commitment and structured way of working, always putting the customer's needs first.

- Strong sense of responsibility and proactive approach to problem solving.

- Teamwork.
