Location: Drumcoura City Saloon

Start Date: 1st November 2024  

Contract Duration: 12 months (with the option to extend based on mutual agreement)  

Gross Annual Salary: €38,000  

Are you a culinary visionary with a passion for creating exceptional dining experiences? Drumcoura City is seeking an Executive Head Chef to lead our kitchen team and bring our unique “smoke house” theme to life!

Key Responsibilities:

As our Executive Head Chef, you will:

Manage the Kitchen: Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity while supervising kitchen staff and managing schedules.

Ensure Food Safety: Adhere to HACCP regulations and maintain the highest standards of hygiene and food safety.

Develop Menus: Create and refine a menu that showcases your creativity and expertise, setting us apart in the culinary landscape.

Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and support to kitchen staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and teamwork.

Employment Details:

Working Hours: Wednesday - Sunday, 40 hours per week.

Holiday Entitlement: 20 days per annum, excluding public holidays.
