Travel Pro American Express GBT, part of SLG and American Express Global Network, is one of the largest Travel Management Companies in Luxembourg. Next to our core activity Business Travel, we are offering tailor made group tours (in- & outbound).  Your mission:  For the reinforcement of its team, based in Luxembourg-Merl, for tailor-made group tours (in- & outbound), Travel Pro S.A. is looking for the following to start as soon as possible  Your primary responsibility will be an independent preparation and handling of group trips (inbound & outbound) while focusing on delivering exemplary customer service.  Responsibilities:

·      Organisation of the entire group travel offer, from departure to return, considering the financial  

·      requirements of Travel Pro

·      Obtaining offers, contract negotiations, organisation and implementation of the trip, follow-up action, trip accounting

·      Comprehensive customer support before, during and after the trip

·      Support and advice for existing customers

·      Advice for new customers (needs assessment)

·      Implementation of sales strategies

·      Support in the development of new products or services

·      Market observation    Required qualifications:

·      Several years of professional experience in the sector of group travel or equivalent

·      Enjoy communicating with our clients and service providers

·      Good language skills (German, English, French - Luxembourgish is an advantage)

·      Service mentality, teamwork, and communication skills

·      Independent, responsible, and confident working style

·      Resilience

·      Good computer skills, good geographical knowledge
