Global Reporting and Information Technology Analyst

Reporting to Global Reporting Application Manager, as key user of the Group Reporting consolidation and reporting systems, monitor the data integrity, support in the roll out of new functionalities and train end users on the diverse tools. Also in more general terms, guarantee a flawless working (user level) of the different tools.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor Data Integrity and lease-tool:

Manage accounting periods in all SAP instances around the globe

Drive error resolution in the SAP AIF Monitor (transaction interface)

Manage Data and Consolidation monitors

Maintain lease-tool

New functionalities:

Update and maintain Data Collection forms in SAP Group Reporting

Develop new Data Collection forms to meet the requirements of Group Reporting team

Implement and upkeep of consolidation and validation rules in SAP Group Reporting

Work closely with users to further enhance and improve SAP Central Finance and SAP Group Reporting

System Role out and user support:

Support colleagues around the world in Global Finance (HQ), Accounting teams in SSC and Controlling teams

Support in training to new users and on roll out of new functionalities of the SAP Central Finance and SAP Group Reporting

Support in user access requests

Onboard new companies to the SAP Central Finance and SAP Group Reporting platform

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Bachelor’s degree in IT-Systems or Finance, 3 years of experience in system development, strong analytical skills, knowledge of IFRS accounting principles

Good team player with hands-on attitude and high service orientation

A flexible, initiative and open-minded personality, reliable and self-driven

Good communication skills in English is a must, any other languages an advantage

Self-starter who is eager to learn and happy to take initiatives

Experience in the following systems:

Consolidation Systems (preferably SAP Central Finance / SAP Group Reporting)

SAP Finance

Analysis for Microsoft Excel

MS Office

Visual Basic (Pre)

SQL Database (Pre)
