Are you ready to assist the Project Directors in handing-over Cement plant projects to client’s around the world and use your coordination skills in a truly global environment? Significant project responsibility in a global Organisation

Project Management is the single point of contact towards our clients. Your responsibility is to assist the Project Director(s) in fulfilling what we promise to our clients on each project with a high focus on customer intimacy.


Detailed Description


•  Cooperate closely with the Project Directors on all project related issues

•  Develop the project schedule together with the Project Director and the Planning Department

•  Keeping track on the project schedule and follow-up on both internal and external stakeholders

•  Monitor and follow-up on all project deliveries and be the link to the Site Management team in   regards to corrective actions on projects

•  Prepare internal and customer reports together with the Project Director

•  Participate and follow-up on internal project management meetings with the project stakeholders

•  You should expect 30-40 travel days per year


Coordination and interpersonal skills

You are proactive and very structured in your work, which enable you to handle several cases at a time. You are known for your ability to deliver on the targets in due time, and you thrive in a multicultural environment with many stakeholders where you can make good use of your communication skills. You have a positive personality that motivates your team and you enjoy working with different types of cultures. You understand the importance of customer focus and you must be a skilled communicator and possess solid interpersonal skills. Your first projects will have roots in North Africa and therefore French at business level is a must.

Beside this, you have:

•  Gained good experience of coordinating project activities in a high-paced environment

•  Bachelor´s degree in engineering or similar

•  2-3 years of experience with international projects

•  Since you will interact in an international environment, you speak French, English and preferably Danish.

•  Good IT competencies
