About Your New German speaking Job

You will be dealing with Clients via phone, emails, live chat, What’s App and Social Media

You will be resolving issues from the beginning to the end in a polite, efficient and courteous manner

Recording all information on the internal database

Providing feedback to your Manager

You will be identifying sales opportunities and upselling and cross selling

Relationship Management and building new clients

Administration

Reporting  

What Skills You Need for this Job

Written and spoken fluent German

Written and spoken advanced to fluent English

Customer services or Client Services experience of at least 2 years within an office environment

Sales experience within an office environment is a strong advantage

You need to have worked to KPIs and be target driven

Excellent communication skills

SAP user is a strong advantage  

What’s on Offer with this German Job

This Job comes with a Basic salary of 35-40k with excellent benefits plus Commission

Benefits include - Health & Dental Insurance, Contributory Pension Scheme, 27 days paid time off, 15 days paid sick leave, hybrid model.
