Customer Support Porto, Portugal office based
Responsibilities:
Customer support to German-speaking customers by phone, email, chat and social media channels
Support our merchants for all questions and inquiries about our product and service
Actively work on the optimisation of all processes related to our customers, to constantly increase the happiness of our merchants
Closely work with other departments together, for example Sales and Marketing
Profile:
· Previous Contact Centre or Customer Service experience (preferable)
Enthusiastic and skilled in technology applications (using a smartphone, tablet or computer is easy for you)
Excellent language skills in German and feel comfortable speaking and writing in English
Love to communicate, while being easy-going and patient with our customers
Good and customer-friendly service is the highest priority for you
Curious and persistent to solve issues
Organised and can keep a cool head even in stressful situations
Training Conditions
Duration: 30 calendar days
Schedule: Monday to Friday, between 08:00 and 17:00
Salary Conditions:
Base salary (gross): 1100€/month x 14
Language bonus (gross): 100€/month x 12
Skill adder (gross): 100€/month x 12
Attendance bonus (gross): 100€/month x 12
Performance bonus (gross): up to 120 €/month x 12
Meal allowance: 6€/per working day (paid in meal card)
Health insurance
Schedule:
Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 19:00
Days off: 2 days (rotative)
Workload: 40h/week (full time)
