Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Job purpose:
To cope with an increase in duties of the department, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to actively participate to the expansion of the bank and the further development of the Human resources department, he/she will report to the HR Senior Manager and will participate, among others, to handle daily core HR functions, such as recruitment, on /off boarding activities, employee administration management and some data management to support the strategy of the department.
Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following:
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations. Assist with employee relations issues and provide guidance and support to departments
Recruitment and on/off boarding:
• Coordinating job posting, sourcing candidates with a sourcing strategy to attract talents (targeted job fair, partnership with Universities, social media), administrative work regarding scheduling interviews with hiring managers, conducting interview, putting together an employment offer.
• Serve as an advisor for the hiring department: review of the job description and the organisation in the department
• Manage the employee on boarding and off boarding professionally according to the policies and labor law: comply with all relevant laws regarding reporting and records retention also ensure a smooth transition and experience for the new joiners.
Employee administration and support
• Responsible for the staff files' maintenance and update the staff data in the HRIS and hard file of employees
• Executes daily work of the Human Resources Department, makes sure of the good functioning of the day-to-day operation of the department
• Participates in drafting different policies & regulations and optimizing HR related processes.
• Actively monitor the labor law and regulation, after approval ensure the smooth implementation of the amendment.
• Ensure the data validation by regularly audit employee data for accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies or missing information
Reporting and Data Analysis
• HR metrics Reporting: generate regular reports on key HR metrics (e.g., turnover rates, absenteeism, demographics) to support strategic decision making.
• Trend Analysis: analyse employee data to identify trends, such as patterns in recruitment, retention, performance or compensation. Ensure the data validation by regularly audit employee data for accuracy and completeness, addressing any discrepancies or missing information
• Ad-hoc requests: respond to management for specific HR data, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• Support for HR initiatives: provide data insights to support HR initiatives such as performance management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits planning, or diversity and inclusions strategies.

Education:
• Minimum of a Bachelor degree in Data management, Human Resources, Business Administration, information technology, statistics or related disciplines and /or in financial field, social sciences.
Experience:
• At least 3 years of professional experience in an international organisation with an experience in reporting, data analysis. No prior experience in HR is required.
Language skills:
• Very good command of English and Chinses is mandatory, French or any other European languages will be considered as a strong asset.

Niveau d'étude demandé Master (Bac+5)
