Descripción de la oferta de trabajo:
Strategically drive and oversee employee engagement initiatives while ensuring adherence to legal
regulations and company policies. Serve as a pivotal figure in fostering robust relationships between
employees and the organization, thereby contributing significantly to the success of our businesses.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities:
Spearhead HR case management utilising Service now, delivering unparalleled service standards
Develop and build effective stakeholder relationships
Strategic and trusted partner of senior leaders to achieve business goals.
Collaborate with the HR Shared Service Center, EMEA HR Business Partners, along with the centers of excellent teams including Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits and Talent Development. Execute annual Center of Excellence (CoE) cycles, including merit/bonus reviews, talent management initiatives (such as career conversations and talent calibration), and employee surveys.
Lead Execution of orientation/onboarding activities per Talent CoE strategy.
Manage organisational restructure & change programmes as appropriate
Design & deliver enablement sessions to Managers on key HR programmes & policies
Provide expert guidance to people managers on various processes including promotions, salary
administration, and out-of-cycle merit increases.
People manager training in processes and/or soft skills either directly, or via train the trainer sessions
Strategically align and oversee regional and local recognition strategies with global recognition programs.
Compile and present reports, offering insightful analysis to inform strategic decision making.
Key Skills, Requirements and Competencies:
High education level in Labor Law and Business Administration field.
5+ years of experience in HR as Labor Legal Advisor/Specialist.
5+ years progressive experience in HR required with demonstrated required functional knowledge
& expertise
2+ years working in a regional shared services organisation a plus
In-depth knowledge and experience in labor regulations, with a specialisation in M&A and TUPE
processes.
Strong Systems aptitude (Workday, Servicenow)
Proven track record of proactively managing customer relationships and driving continuous
performance improvement initiatives.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on root cause analysis.
Exceptional conflict resolution abilities, enabling effective management of challenging situations.
Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments, making sound decisions under
demanding circumstances.
Adept at building collaborative partnerships in complex, matrixed environments, fostering
effective stakeholder relationships.
Inherent curiosity and a proactive approach to understanding broader business contexts, driving
impactful outcomes.
Adaptable and flexible mindset, with a high degree of comfort with change and the ability to
realign priorities swiftly to meet evolving business needs.
