Key Elements:

This role requires working as part of a multi-skilled team focused on HVAC systems within commercial

and industrial environments. You will be responsible for conducting remedial works and maintenance

services across a range of buildings, ensuring the continuity of plant operations and compliance with

industry standards. Occasional involvement in Data Centre or Semi-Conductor Manufacturing processes

may be required.

Perform planned preventative maintenance of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC)

systems.

Replace filters, clean, and perform general maintenance checks on air handling units.

Assist Senior HVAC Engineers in reactive repair duties.

Participate in minor HVAC installation projects, including air conditioning and heating system

installations.

Ensure that clients’ premises are maintained to a high standard of operation and appearance.

Adhere fully to all Site Safety rules and policies.

Remuneration: 43602 p.a  39hrs/week.

Requirements:

Desirable: Valid/clean driver’s license.

Experience in HVAC plant minor repairs and servicing.

Knowledge and previous experience with facility systems (desirable but not essential).

Desirable: Knowledge in the maintenance and repair of systems such as Split AC, VRV

systems, Fan Coil Units, Air Handling Units, Boilers, and Pumping Systems.

Minimum of 6 months of exposure to site installation, commissioning, and service.

1-2 years of hands-on experience within a similar environment.

Basic computer literacy, including experience with CMMS and the ability to navigate JCI

platforms.

Required Certifications: Safe Pass, Manual Handling, Work at Heights.

Desirable Certifications: Lock Out Tag Out, Arc Flash.
