General Operative. Irlanda

We are looking for general operatives to join our client based in Horizon Logistics Park, Swords.

Purpose:

Working on your own initiative and being a key player in the warehouse team to offer solutions in a timely and efficient manner to the end customer to ensure all aspects of operation are completed with accuracy and quality.

Work within guidelines to make sure all requested tasks are performed.

To be a positive “face” of the company and to develop excellent working relationships with customers.

Responsibilities:

•    Duties involve order picking, stock control, and general warehouse duties.

•    Completion and reporting of relevant paperwork.

•    Inspection of incoming and outgoing material.

•    Ensure Picks are 100% accurate before departure of the product from the warehouse.

•    Ensure all customer orders are transacted smoothly and delivered.

•    Provide 100% quality customer service to ensure absolute customer satisfaction.

•    Accurate use of Warehouse management system Ciel FW

•    Respond to all queries (by email or phone) in a timely manner with accurate information.

•    Completion and reporting of relevant paperwork.

•    Labelling of product, loading and off-loading trucks.

•    High level of flexibility and ability to adapt quickly to changing business demands.

•    Any others ad-hoc duties as requested by your manager.

Shift pattern:

8am to 5pm

11am to 8pm

Working week is Monday to Sunday and you must be flexible to work any 5 days out of the week.

Shifts will swap each week. One week 8am-5pm then second week 11am-8pm.

** All candidates who are going forward for this role will be required undergo a 5-year background check. This means that we will need reference details from 2019 to 2014.

We will need proof of address dated within the last 6 months.

If you have not lived in Ireland for within the last 5 years we will need police clearance from the country you lived in.
