The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience working Private Equity or Venture Capital Funds. This is a unique role that will provide the opportunity to work directly with Portfolio Managers and Investment Teams as part of the GP business enabling function.

Key Responsibilities

• Be the responsible fund owner for day-to-day fund operations activities; including capital events, cash / liquidity management, fund launches and issue management.

• Ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

• Liaise with Allianz tax operations group to ensure ongoing management of tax activity, that this is monitored and subsequently booked correctly within the accounting platform.

• Review and approve NAV packages, financial statements, and other fund accounting deliverables.

• Manage ongoing TA (Transfer Agency) activities such as capital calls and distributions.

• Liaise with fund administrators, auditors, and other external service providers on fund accounting matters (booking of fees, expenses, monitor deal related payments etc.).

• Conduct analytical reviews and reconciliations to validate the integrity of fund accounting data.

• Implement and maintain robust internal controls and procedures for fund accounting operations.

• Manage the annual audit process and address any audit findings or recommendations.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within fund accounting and related TA / Audit activities.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles (GAAP, IFRS) and alternative investment fund structures.

• Experience of working with tax related topics (Withholding tax, Subscription Tax, VAT treatment etc.) relevant to fund entities and LPs.

• Proficiency in fund accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work under pressure

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

• CAIA or other relevant professional certification is preferred.
