The Fund Accounting Department is responsible for the processing of the daily fund activities, including the final production of the funds' Net Asset Value (NAV).

The funds (mixed funds, money market funds, multi class funds, multi managers funds, , funds of private Equity funds, hedge funds…) are composed of a large scope of products including mortgage backed securities, prime brokerage, equities, bonds, futures, interest rates swap, foreign exchange swaps, private equities, syndicated loans,… This variety makes the role very interesting and will provide you with a real enhancement in terms of financial knowledge and experience.

In order to support our team, we are looking for a Fund Accountant on a permanent contract.

Your main tasks will be to:

 Prepare funds valuations (collection of work documents within deadlines and other related tasks);

 Understand, control and maintain the accounting records of the fund (i.e. transactions);

 Escalation of records issues to Fund Accounting Management;

 Ensure the timely and accurate production of NAVs for your assigned funds, as per their frequency, in line with the Accounting and Bank policies and procedures

 Produce various checking reports;

 Ensure back-up in case of absence of colleagues or delay in NAV production;

 Create a good relationship with the internal stakeholders such as but not limited to Pricing, Client Service, Custody and Transfer Agency departments.

Job requirements:

 Studies in Accounting/Finance

 Prior experience in fund accounting

 Good knowledge of investment funds and main financial products

 Good command of the Microsoft office application

 Knowledge of Olympic is considered as an advantage

 Good level of spoken and written English, good knowledge of French considered as an asset

 Setting of priorities and respect of deadlines

 Team spirit, stress resilience, analytical skills as well as problem-solving skills with strong attention to details  and organizational skills

 Flexible: ability to work in different shifts
