We are social and charming by nature, creating everlasting memories for our guests.Your Role in Our Story:- Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly smile and positive attitude.- Guide guests to their seats and ensure they are comfortable with their seating arrangement.- Manage reservations and coordinate seating charts for both reservations and walk-ins.- Monitor and manage wait lists during busy times, providing accurate wait times to guests.- Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth seating transitions and table readiness.- Address guest inquiries regarding the menu, services, and special promotions.- Assist in guest complaints or concerns, escalating to management when necessary.What We're Looking For:- Previous experience as a Host/Hostess or in customer service is a plus, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn are key.- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality.- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strong organizational skills.- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.- Fluency in English is required, and Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.What's in it for you?- Experience Stay at Pulitzer Amsterdam as part of our introduction program (overnight stay with +1 including dinner, drinks & breakfast)- 6 complimentary nights a year at any Lore Group hotel- Lore Group Employee & Immediate Family Rates- Lore Group Friend and Family Rates- 50% Employee discount and 25% Friends and Family discount at over 800 pa
