Food and Beverage Bar Manager. Border. Irlanda

Due to continued expansion, Osha Green Limited are looking for 2 fully Qualified and experienced Food and Beverage Bar Managers to join their esteemed team in Ireland. This is a full time, permanent position based out of the Hotel in Fahan F93 FV4Y

34,000 €/annum

Duties include, but are not limited to:

• The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a Food and Beverage Manager role with strong knowledge of food and beverage.

• Support General Manager and Restaurant Manager and communicate effectively with department teams.

• Ensure that all guests are greeted in a warm and courteous fashion and tended to in a professional manner

• To serve Bar food and beverages efficiently and in accordance with the company standard of presentation.

• Be familiar with product offerings (i.e menu, specials, wine list, beverages on offer, etc) to be able to make recommendations and to actively upsell.

• Ensure bar presentation standards are consistently achieved and bar areas are maintained to the highest standard.

• Conduct weekly beverage stocktake.

• Undertake stock ordering and stock rotation.

• Ability to work well as part of a team and efficiently under pressure.

• Willingness to work flexible hours required for the job to include evening and weekend work.

• To operate the till in line with till operation and cash handling procedures.

• Proficient English language to include reading and writing.
