About the job:

As a customer service worker, your job is to make sure that every customer feels satisfied after talking to you. In your job, you serve Finnish-speaking customers of a well-known technology company and communicate with them by phone, e-mail, and via chat. You also work to achieve clear goals and guide customers to the right solutions. Customer service is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on weekdays and from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. on weekends, so the work shifts include day, evening and weekend shifts. The job starts with paid training, during which you learn how to use the tools needed to help customers with their questions and problems.

Daily tasks include e.g.:

- Answering customer calls.

- Providing high-quality customer service.

- Managing matters related to customers.

- Striving to achieve daily customer satisfaction, efficiency and quality metrics (KPIs).

Who are we looking for?

For this position, we are looking for someone who is social, ambitious and motivated to help customers. You are interested in technology, gaming or possibly built your own computer. You will also enjoy a fast pace of work, as well as work environments where a strong team spirit prevails among all employees!

In the search, we place great emphasis on personal suitability for the role. Our only requirement is that you have completed high school, your mother tongue is Finnish, you can speak English and that you have a clean criminal record.
