Do you want to provide customer service for a growing company? CJ Spares & Repairs is looking for Finnish-speaking customer service employees for a full-time position.

We provide services for small domestic appliances and spareparts through our Finnish shop. Thus we get different enquiries - some more technical than others. Your task will be to provide written and spoken customer service for the many Finnish-speaking customers. This is primarily by email and phone. Therefore, it is also a requirement that you can write and talk professionally in Finnish.

In addition to mastering Finnish, you are service-minded and will at all times go the extra mile to give the customer the absolute best experience with the company. You are able to put yourself in the customer's place and are, by others, described as empathetic. It is an advantage if you have customer service experience from a previous position. As the company is busy, it is important that you can quickly get acquainted with new tasks and are self-driving. You are motivated by getting a lot on hand and love watching the pile of cases get smaller and smaller.

You will receive a thorough introduction and training so that you are well dressed for your work tasks. In addition, you will be associated with a 'buddy', who you can always contact when you have questions.

It is a requirement that you also master speaking english or Danish, as to be able to communicate with others in the team.
