Once you join our team, you will:
- Prioritize and audit freight invoices within defined guidelines
- Settle transportation costs and assign them logistical events
- Check missing data with subcontractors, colleagues and clients
- Create electronic records of logistical events and issue transportation invoices
- Perform assigned special tasks, quality assurance, auditing of certain invoice types within a predefined time-frame and etc.
- Create assigned special reports or tools e.g. credit note reports
- Ensure the issuance of credit notes for incorrectly billed or foreign transports
- Interact with corresponding units within the organization
- Continuously extend knowledge in order to provide seamless substitution for other Financial Specialists
- Work under direct supervision of some other Financial Specialist with upper qualification and experience
Ihr Profil:
You match our need, if you have:
- A-level/High School Diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Good knowledge of German, written and spoken is an advantage
- Experience/knowledge in the field of Excel, SAP or similar software is an advantage
- A background in finance, freight accountancy or logistics would be considered an advantage
- Completed commercial training or several years of relevant work experience Good analytical skills
- Diligent, independent and systematic approach to work
- Responsible, details-oriented and cooperative
- High degree of problem solving and prioritization skills
- Courteousness, adaptivity to a multi-cultural environment, commitment to team results
- Resiliency towards professional pressure, willingness to work flexible hours
