•    Assisting the Accounts Payable process for relevant Group entities to ensure

timely and accurate supplier payments.

•    Review and payment of employee expense claims

•    Weekly control and reconciliation of all payments and related bank transfers

according to strict deadlines

•    Support Month end close activities

•    Participate in process improvement initiatives

•    Develop key relationships with both internal and external stakeholders

•    Reconciliation of customer accounts

•    Resolving customer and client queries in a swift and timely manner

•    Managing overdue payments and escalating where necessary

•    Assisting across the finance department as required with other ad-hoc duties as assigned by manager.
