Position: Conversion Sales Agent
Location: Limassol, Cyprus
Employment type: Full-time
Remuneration: Base salary + commission
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Promote the company's products and service
Proven track record in sales, preferably in a conversion-focused role within a similar industry or environment.
Strong customer service orientation with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and establish trust with customers.
Ability to influence and persuade others, with a confident and articulate communication style and the capability to handle objections effectively.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving and exceeding sales targets, motivated by performance metrics, and driven to deliver results
Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and customer needs, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment.
Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
Convert high-quality leads into long-lasting customers
Increase chances of future sales
Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
Keep up to date with the financial markets
REQUIREMENTS:
Native/fluent in Swedish, both oral and written. Fluent in English (at least B2 level)
Previous phone-based sales experience, from any industry
Previous experience in relevant field
Computer literate
Ability to work with deadlines & targets
Management and mathematics skills
Great objection-handling skills
