We're hiring a Financial Controller for our team in Helsinki. In our small team, you'll manage various financial tasks, providing valuable learning opportunities, have a high degree of autonomy, and report directly to our CFO.

Your responsibilities include:

- Prepare monthly accounts (P&L, Balance sheet, Cash Flow) and various reports

- Manage accounting operations while ensuring financial compliance

- Cash flow forecasting

- Project-based work and specialization in areas such as taxation

- Improve our processes and make them error-proof

- Analyse our performance and take initiative to improve our business

Traits we look for:

- 3  to 5 years of experience in finance or accounting

- Strong Excel and BI skills to work with large sets of data

- Problem-solving skills to deal with challenges you haven't faced before

- Willingness to adapt to change and take risks

- Ability to be vulnerable

- Fluency in both written and speaking English is a must  We work with colleagues/business partners globally
