Your future team

Our Admin Financial Assistant team assists our Managers and Partners in collaboration with our Finance team to coordinate financial aspects of project work by applying firm policies and process and ensuring that business priorities are maximized.

We are currently looking for a Financial Assistant for our Audit Department.

Your next challenge

  *  Be the key contact person for your team, deliver guidance to your dedicated Partners and Managers, informing them on our processes while ensuring highest quality standards are met

  *  Deal with confidential queries and building relationships with your dedicated Partners and Managers

  *  Collaborate with all Finance teams and in particular with the dedicated finance Controller

  *  Participate in project coordination

  *  Manage the invoicing and receivables processes in adherence to monthly deadlines and firm procedures

  *  Assist Partners in their monthly financial reporting

  *  Centralize and follow up on Procurement request from Purchase request to invoice payment

  *  Create and maintain client & projects reference listing.

Your skills

    University or Bachelor's degree in administrative related field, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in administrative positions

    Customer focused with excellent social skills and a professional approach at all times

    Proactive with excellent organisational and multitasking skills while delivering a high quality of work

    Strong interpersonal skills, service-minded and attention to detail

    Excited to work in a fast paced environment, and manage tight deadlines

    Capacity to interact and connect with various stakeholders

    Strong team spirit whilst being able to work independently

    Excellent IT skills in Excel, Outlook and ideally SAP

    Comfortable to work with figures and able to quickly understand financial concepts

    Fluency in English and French, German being an asset
