We are now looking for an Expert IT Analyst to lead one of our cross-functional scrum teams as a tech lead and scrum master to deliver business value in an agile environment.

About our team

We are part of the High-Risk Service Domain, which provides functionality to Nordea legal entities and associated business lines with default management and days past due capability to support high risk customer management in line with the ECB regulation. The High-Risk R&A team is a team of highly skilled IT analysts who drive and deliver change initiatives within a scaled agile environment. As the Expert IT Analyst/Tech Lead, you’ll play a valuable role in in ensuring the team you work with lives agile values and principles to secure the team delivery objectives.

What you’ll be doing:

  *  Leading and guiding the scrum team as a tech lead and scrum master to achieve its goals

  *  Develop data formats and models for the value stream in accordance with our data strategy

  *  Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and document business strategies (in alignment with the target picture to enable sustainable solutions)

  *  Eliciting functional and non-functional requirements by co-operating with different stakeholders e.g. architects, developers, testers, business, legal

  *  Understand and document complex systems with multiple upstream and downstream dependencies in multiple technologies

Your background and skills include:

  *  7+ years’ experience as IT Analyst/Business Analyst/Developer, of which at least 3 years in the capacity of leading teams as a Technical Lead

  *  Firm grasp of agile methodologies (SAFe/Scrum)

  *  Exposure to main relational data storage (at least one of Oracle, MySQL, MSSQL, Snowflake, PostgreSQL etc.)/data transfer (FTP, HTTP etc.)/REST API technologies

  *  Hands-on experience with SQL

  *  Experience in solution design and software design patterns

  *  Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience

Nice to have:

  *  Basic knowledge of any programming/scripting language (Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.)

  *  Background in applications built on event-driven architecture (ideally with Apache Kafka)
