Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive to join our busy and thriving team. The successful candidate will be responsible for selling new and nearly new cars, providing outstanding customer service, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement: Welcome customers to the dealership, assess their needs, and provide expert guidance on vehicle options.

Sales Performance: Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for both new and used cars.

Product Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date understanding of the features, benefits, and pricing of all vehicles in our inventory.

Test Drives: Arrange and accompany customers on test drives, ensuring a positive and informative experience.

Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and terms with customers to close sales effectively.

Paperwork: Handle all necessary paperwork for vehicle sales, including finance and insurance documentation.

Customer Follow-Up: Maintain regular contact with existing and potential customers to build lasting relationships and encourage repeat business.

Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

Experience: Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in the automotive industry.

Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Customer Service: Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and close sales effectively.

Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the automotive market and vehicle features.

Organisation: Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.

Motivation: Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.

Flexibility: Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed.
