-?Market Access -?Denmark - Søborg Do you have experience with Patient Reported Outcomes (PROs) and Clinical Outcome Assessments (COAs)? About the department Global Market Access is an expanding, international and high performing team of colleagues in Søborg, Denmark, responsible for optimising market access for the continued success of the Novo Nordisk Portfolio. In close collaboration with key internal stakeholders, Global Market Access establishes the strategies and key support tactics in the area of pricing, reimbursement, health economics & outcomes research, value communication, and subsequently supports the implementation regionally and locally. The Corporate Vice President (CVP) area compromises five departments driving market access strategies for individual brands and two departments working across brand teams all in all approximately 60 passionate and diverse professionals. The vacant position is based in the Obesity team working across market access skills to support the Novo Nordisk obesity brands and pipeline which is a passionate team with diverse mind and skill sets. The position In this job, you will ensure PROs and COAs are implemented in studies for obesity pipeline brands and that these aspects are incorporated in the Product Development Plan (PDP) and business case development. This entails that you will develop questionnaires to be used in clinical studies, combining Patient Reported Outcomes and Clinical Outcome Measures as well as lead interactions with regulatory authorities within your areas of responsibility. Additionally, you will drive publications and presentations of your field of expertise as well as lead the development and validation of appropriate tools and techniques to generate health economics outcomes research and patient-reported outcomes evidence. Your task also involves mentoring junior Health Economics and Outcomes Research colleagues and support HEOR data generation via time-trade-off studies, conjoint analysis, and surveys. You will handle a broad network of stakeholders within the healthcare sector and across Novo Nordisk. Qualifications You have completed a Master's degree in the appropriate field such as Health Economics, Outcomes Research, Epidemiology, Statistics, Biostatistics or similar with excellent results. You also have 3-5 years of working experience within health economics from pharmaceutical industry, academia, public health, health technology assessment agency or consultancy. In addition, we prefer that you have solid insight into Patient Reported Outcomes, Clinical Outcome Assessments and/or Health Related Quality of Life (HRQoL) methodologies and/or Health Economic Outcomes Research in general. You have a proven strong scientific publication track record and you are or have the aspiration to be an expert in handling patient reported outcomes. You have advanced knowledge on healthcare policy and systems, you are strong in setting direction with good stakeholder management skills and you communicate clearly and concisely.
