Our client is a reputable private debt asset management firm based in Kirchberg, Luxembourg. The firm is well-known for its strong financial management and investment strategies, and it offers a dynamic and supportive environment for career growth and development.

We are looking for a meticulous and organized Expenses Payable Team Lead. This position is vital in ensuring the efficient processing and management of a high volume of transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

    Processing Payments :

        Efficiently process payments within an Expenses Allocation System.

        Ensure accuracy and timeliness in payment processing.

    Preparing Payment Sheets :

        Compile and prepay payment sheets for review and approval.

        Maintain accurate records of all transactions and payments.

    Communication and Coordination :

        Send payment sheets and necessary documentation to administrators.

        Manage the expenses payable email box, promptly addressing all inquiries.

    Team Management :

        Oversee and support one team member in the costs payable team.

        Provide guidance and training as necessary to ensure team efficiency.

    Reporting and Compliance :

        Report to the finance team manager, providing regular updates on payment processing and team performance.

        Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all payment activities.

Qualifications :

    Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-volume transaction environment.

    Proficiency in English is required.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

    Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    Experience with Expenses Allocation Systems.

    Demonstrated ability to manage and support a small team effectively.
