You will be a key contributor to our start-up team and will be working alongside Freely colleagues and the customers we service by assisting with recruitment services, social media and general day-to-day operational/administrative matters. Your expertise and input are very much needed across Freely's and our customers' teams to ensure the successful pursuit of our mission.

We are partners in crime! We foster our candidates by screening their resumés and advising them on how to optimise them. Not to mislead the hiring managers, but to emphasize valuable skills and personality traits that might not be mentioned in their resumés or online profiles.  

We are buddies! We mentor and couch our candidates through the hiring process of the clients we work with. Who knows better how to outlast the application process than the trusted partner they commissioned? We don't put words in our candidates' mouths, we rather give them tips and tricks, aspects to highlight and things to take into account to nail it during their interviews. Not everyone is a born or weathered salesman

We are looking for a hands-on, eager-to-learn executive assistant with an eye for detail, excellent written and verbal skills, MS Office knowledge, and outstanding organisational abilities.

The role will be exciting, with a steep learning curve BUT high-demanding. We are eager to welcome our future colleague who is ambitious and passionate to grow within the company and become a generalist or specialist along the road and that will help support in scaling our company whilst contributing to the larger picture, which is developing our company culture

What you bring on board

Hard skills

  Tech-savvy: you like to automate and digitise things to boost efficiency in our processes. You are not afraid to call a helpdesk to understand how a tool works and improve our processes.

  Admin super-hero: scheduling meetings, taking notes, document preparation, event and calendar management, time-management is your bread and butter.

  Excellent command of English. Any other language is a plus.

  Proficient with IT equipment and tools anno 2024: iPhone, MacBook, Excel, Canva, MS Office, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, CRM tools, etc.

Soft skills

  Hands-on, get-up and go attitude, dedication and devotion to go the extra mile.

  Extremely eager-to-learn: ‘stay hungry, stay foolish'

  Resilient: we keep going until the problem is solved. Pivot your way to the solution!

  You are an administrative superhero:

 Fixing meetings and ensuring everyone knows when and where to show up

 Pig-headed discipline to follow-up on prospects/candidates/… Sending reminder 17 is not an issue if it helps to get things over the finish line.

  Ability to maintain oversight over multiple ongoing projects

  Professional maturity to flag when you made a mistake or cannot make a deadline – we are here to help!
