Job description

Duties & Responsabilities :

• ESG strategy definition and implementation + Governance

• Deployment of stakeholder engagement

o Support to the workgroup Champions, team construction, participation in meetings

o Follow up and reporting on the action plans underway once launched

• Implementation of the double maturity system requirements and compliance with the new EU directives (CSRD, Due Diligence, ESRS and EU Taxonomy)

• Contribution to the Responsible Steel KPI dashboard

• Audit ESR (Environmental and Social Responsibility)

• New integrated SD (Sustainable Development) report

Education :

• Master's degree in the field

Skills & Specifications :

• Robust level of skills on ESG and on the new directives

• Project management skills with ability to support the coordination of the Champions workgroups

• Capability to manage people on a non-hierarchical position

• Capability to work transversally

• Good writing skills

• Analysis and synthesis capabilities

• Proactivity/reactivity

• Team spirit

• Confidentiality

Work experience requirements :

• 6 months experience is recommended

Langages :  

• Fluent in French and English both in speaking and writing
