The main objective of the job is to manage and apply the tools available that supports logistic, has to manage the team organized in GAPs (Autonomous Group of Production).Organization: Is responsible for 15 to 25 operators working on the same shift.The main missions of the role are:QCDP Performance: develops the objectives fixed and manages the necessaries tools to achieve themPropose and follows QCDP indicators (Quality, Cost, Delivery and People); People Management:Ensure daily management;Presence on the shopfloor, daily contact with team members, ensure a close team management;  Health, Safety, Environment and Work Conditions:Responsible for immediately stop the logistic mechanism in case of safety risk;Pilot and leads HSE Core Team in GAPs and follow the deployment of action plans;Guide improvements of work conditions and ergonomics;Ensure that all outsources know and respect proceedings.

Minimum education level: Bachelor or Master in Management or Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical) (preferably)Experience: Professional preferably in an industrial environmentSkills and competenciesGood level of written and spoken english
