Senior Business Development Officer (m/f/d). Luxemburgo

Your mission: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Support officer mainly dedicated to the Alternatives industry to join our Marketing & Communications (M&C) team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our business development efforts by assisting with client acquisition, lead generation and management, including follow up of Business Development activities with the Business line and fostering strong relationships with potential clients.

Be a part of our team where you will:

    Support Business Development Activities: Working closely with the business team, assisting them and the marketing team in executing strategies and implementing/coordinating the related processes to attract and retain clients.  

    Lead Generation & Management: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through various channels, including research, outreach, and networking. Maintain and update the firm's CRM with accurate lead and client information.

    Market & client Research: Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitive landscape, and potential growth areas. Provide insights and recommendations based on findings.

    Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders. Ensure timely follow-ups and communication to nurture leads through the sales funnel.

    Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyse the effectiveness of marketing and business development initiatives. Provide regular reports and feedback to the business team and industry drivers to optimise strategies.

    Administrative tasks & support to M&C activities: Handle various administrative tasks such as follow up with PAs and Partners on the logistics aspects related to Business Development activities and supporting in preparing marketing materials, presentations, and proposals. Make the link between our different stakeholders to ensure a coordinated client acquisition program.

    Have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field;

    Have more than 2 years of experience in marketing, business development, or a related role;

    Have strong organizational and multitasking abilities/project management skills;

    Have an excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

    Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);

    Have experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce);

    Have experience or knowledge regarding the financial sector; digital marketing tools and strategies;

    Are able to work independently and as part of a team; to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic environment.;

    Detail-oriented with a focus on quality;

    Are proactive, results-driven and a creative thinker with problem-solving skills.
