Embroidery and Print Operative (Full-Time)

Location: Clondalkin, Dublin 22

An award-winning garment printing and embroidery company recognized as one of Dublin’s top branding specialists is looking for embroidery and print operative. We are seeking a flexible Embroidery and Print Operative to join our small, dynamic team with an immediate start.

Key Details:

• Full-time role (37.5 hours/week)

• Monday to Friday, 9am – 5pm

• Min €12.70 - 13.50 per hour

• 6-month contract with potential for permanency based on performance

• Location: Clondalkin, Dublin 22

Responsibilities:

• Operating and maintaining print and embroidery machines, ensuring quality and efficiency in production

• Setting up and operating machines to accurately embroider/heat press logos and designs onto garments

• Fulfilling customer orders according to specific requirements

• Embroidery finishing (clipping, cutting, folding, etc.)

• Packing garments and preparing them for shipment

• General warehouse duties such as receiving deliveries, checking contents and quantities, and dealing with couriers

• Efficiently managing production schedules, ensuring timely completion of orders and tracking production materials

• Keeping the work area clean and organized

• Flexible to take on other duties as required

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience working with embroidery and heat press machines (advantageous but not required)

• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail

• Strong work ethic, flexibility, and reliability

• Good interpersonal skills and ability to use initiative

• Experience with creating or modifying embroidery designs is an advantage

Requirements:

• Fluent English

• Availability to work 5 days a week

• Must be currently living near Clondalkin, Dublin 22
