Very busy Early Years Educare Centre in Cashel Town has full-time and part-time positions available for suitable candidates.Candidates must have a minimum FETAC Level 5 Early Years Qualification (or suitable equivalent).

Enthusiasm and a genuine love for working with children are essential, along with being energetic, imaginative, and personable. The ability to create a rapport with children, parents and other team members is very important, as is respect, reliability, punctuality, and the ability to take initiative.

A pleasant disposition, advanced communication skills, and basic computer knowledge are also required.

Candidates will be expected to become familiar with our principles, policies, procedures etc, and to keep themselves informed of changes or developments within the sector. Ability and willingness to follow our practices and procedures with particular regard to disease control is an absolute must. The safety of our team members, the children attending our Service, and their families is of paramount importance to us. We do not take short cuts.

Full training, support, and guidance will be provided to assist the successful candidates in becoming familiar with our Policies & Procedures, and just generally how we do things at Bright Beginnings.
