Qualification: Minimum Level 5 in Childcare or equivalent.

Kindercare Childcare is looking for a full-time Early years Educator to join our team.

Responsible for supervising children's play and encouraging physical, social and emotional

development; providing opportunities for different types of play and preparing materials for a

wide range of children's activities; encouraging children's independence, self-confidence and

social interaction; organising and supervising children's activities in accordance with Childcare Regulations, cleaning up the play area and equipment after use, liaising with parents, carers and colleagues and keeping all  appropriate records.

Candidates must have at least 1 years’ experience working in the field; excellent communica-

tion skills; ability to maintain a positive approach in a sometimes-challenging environment; car-

ing and empathetic nature; strong attention to detail; a second language would be an ad-

vantage. A positive ‘can do’ attitude and an enthusiasm for providing exceptional service to

meet the needs of the company is required.
