Acorn Creche is hiring Early Years Educator for the Preschool Room (2 years 8 months to 6

years)

We are a creche who has a love for the outdoors, so we seek a staff member who also enjoys

the outdoors.

Our curriculum is the Playbased, emergent curriculum.

We have a vast outdoors area including a gazebo, all weather pitch and forest.

We are looking for staff who are kind, caring and have a love for childcare.

The staff members should work well on their own initiative, be good at planning and time management.

The staff member must have a minimum level 5 Childcare qualification as recognised by

the DCEDIY.

Our Preschool Room:

There will be three staff members caring for 20 children.

We use tablets and an App called Lillio to communicate with parents about their children’s

day.

The role will be a 40 hours per week.

The shifts are on a rolling, weekly, basis, alternating between and an early then a late shift.

The earliest being 7.45am to 4.45pm and the latest shift being 9.15am to 6.15pm.

The wages are paid monthly and the hourly rate of pay is from €14.50 to €16.28.
