The Duty Manager is responsible for:

- Establish and maintain relationships with premium customers

- Act as a customer care ambassador if designated by the Station Manager

- Monitor staff appearance and attitude to meet company standards

- Conduct daily flight briefings with personnel

- Collaborate with the Station Manager to establish handling processes for alternate airports

- Coordinate logistical support for audits by carriers and authorities

- Maintain local instructions and system databases

- Prepare duty plans and daily duty rosters if assigned by the Station Manager

- Report operational irregularities according to operator’s manuals

- Ensure adherence to respective operator’s manuals and local interface agreements

Ihr Profil:

The ideal Duty Manager should meet the following requirements:

- High school diploma/GED required

- College degree/vocational training desirable

- Depending on analysis of local labor market and education systems in respective country

- Bachelor's degree desirable

- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience

- thereof a minimum of 1 year of demonstrated work experience in ground operations is required

- Leadership experience desired

- Excellent written and spoken English and Czech language skills required

- Knowledge of German language desirable

- Knowledge of airport procedures and processes

- Airline industry experience

- PC and aviation specific supported software / tools including all MS Office programs knowledge required

- Project Management and strategic thinking skills required

- Strong conflict management skills

- Customer-oriented mindset

- Prior customer service experience

- Demonstrated commitment to providing excellent customer service

- Passionate about resolving conflicts

- Dedicated to ensuring a positive customer experience

- Must be willing to work shifts
