Position Overview

As part of the dōTERRA Europe finance team, this role involves processing payments, bank reconciliations, resolving queries, and supporting the finance team.

Core Responsibilities

•    Bank reconciliations    

•    Processing payments

•    Supporting and resolving finance queries from customers and teams

•    Processing order refunds

•    Working with the existing team to support projects and other aspects of financial reporting

•    Liaising with other departments and supporting ad-hoc requests

Key Skills & Experience

•    Experience working in a commercial finance department

•    Month end close experience

•    SAP experience an advantage

•    Experience working with MS Excel to an intermediate (or higher) standard

•    Excellent attention to detail

•    Highly self-motivated and proactive

•    Ability to work as part of a team
