Director of Operations and Key Account Manager - American and French Relations

Client Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships, especially within the Irish, American, and French markets. Understand client needs and objectives, ensuring that our services align with their goals.

Project Coordination: Oversee video production projects from conception to completion. Work closely with production teams and clients in the Irish, American and French markets to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of high-quality video content.

Strategic Planning: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to identify growth opportunities. Develop strategies to acquire new clients and retain existing ones, particularly within the American and French markets.

Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for clients. Be able to communicate with professional fluency in English and French. Communicate client feedback to the production team and ensure that all client concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.

Market Analysis: Keep abreast of industry trends and market dynamics in the Irish, American and French markets. Use insights to improve our service offerings and to advise clients on best practices in video content.

  Reporting: Provide regular reports to senior management on account status, challenges and growth opportunities.

Operations Leadership: Be able to lead operations on all projects, conduct regular internal meetings, organising scheduling, and updating the project management software. Help formulate and execute company systems.

A good command of the French language.
