As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our clients' products and services. Your duties will include enhancing brand awareness within the digital space, driving website traffic, and acquiring leads/customers. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and project management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

•    SEO (Search Engine Optimisation):

•    Conduct keyword research to guide content teams.

•    Optimise website content, landing pages, and paid search copy.

•    Direct off-page optimisation projects (e.g., link-building).

•    SEA (Search Engine Advertising):

•    Execute paid search campaigns across Google and Bing.

•    Monitor and analyse PPC campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

•    Manage budget and ensure ROI for paid search campaigns.

•    Social Media Management:

•    Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies.

•    Create and curate engaging content for various social media platforms.

•    Monitor and report on social media performance and engagement metrics.

•    Google Slides Development:

•    Design and develop visually appealing and informative Google Slides presentations for client meetings and internal use.

•    Client Meetings and Communication:

•    Meet with clients to understand their digital marketing needs and goals.

•    Develop and present marketing strategies and plans to clients.

•    Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and gather feedback.

•    Content Creation and Management:

•    Oversee the creation of high-quality content that aligns with our clients' brand and marketing goals.

•    Collaborate with content creators, designers, and developers to ensure content is optimised for SEO and user engagement.

•    Analytics and Reporting:

•    Track and analyse website traffic flow and provide regular internal reports.

•    Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

•    Utilise Big Query and Google Analytics 4 to gather, analyse, and interpret data for actionable insights.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

•    Proven experience in digital marketing or a similar role.

•    Strong knowledge of SEO, SEA, and social media management.

•    Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Big Query).

•    Excellent written and spoken English.

•    Strong communication and presentation skills.

•    Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

•    Creativity and problem-solving aptitude.

Preferred Qualifications:

•    Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress).

•    Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.

•    Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp).
