Digital Marketing and Data Analyst Executive
Purpose of this role
The Digital Marketing and Data Analyst Executive at the Irish Management Institute (IMI) plays a pivotal role in analysing and interpreting data to enhance marketing strategies and drive business outcomes. This position is integral to the success of the Marketing and Business & Client Development teams by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize campaigns, enhance client acquisition, and promote revenue growth.
The Digital Marketing and Data Analyst Executive will focus on technical aspects of digital marketing, utilizing advanced analytical tools and methodologies to track performance metrics, interpret consumer behaviour, and develop actionable recommendations. By harnessing data analytics, the role aims to refine marketing initiatives and contribute significantly to achieving strategic objectives within the organization.
This is a full time (35-hour week) permanent role. With a salary of €34,000 -€35,500 DOE. This role is based at IMI’s headquarters in Dublin 16 (D16 X8C3). Travel within Ireland and, occasionally, internationally may be required. A minimum of 3-years relevant experience is essential.

Skills and Competencies
Data Analysis and Interpretation:
Skilled in utilising analytics tools such as Google Analytics and SEMrush to monitor performance metrics and derive actionable insights from data.
Ability to conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing strategies and improve decision-making.
Proficient in setting up social dashboards to visualise KPIs and marketing performance metrics for stakeholders.
Digital Marketing Expertise:
Proficient in creating and executing targeted email campaigns using MSD360 and Mailchimp, focusing on audience segmentation and engagement metrics.
Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimisation, keyword research, and content creation.
Experience in managing and optimising paid advertising campaigns across social media platforms e.g., Meta Ad Manager and Google Ads.
Content Development and Management:
Expertise in collaborating with graphic design teams to produce high-quality marketing collateral, including digital and print materials, newsletters, and social media content.
Strong creative skills in designing engaging and visually appealing social media creatives using tools like Canva.
Capable of maintaining and updating brand documentation and website content to ensure alignment with overall marketing strategies.
