- Work closely with the innovation steering- and demand team to ensure the continuous delivery of prioritized deliverables

- Supervise and inspire team members, colleagues such as developers, data scientists and engineers to deliver high-quality solutions within budget and on time while ensuring quality

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to develop strategies for building & deploying scalable systems

- Design & manage the engineering process for prototyping, building, deploying & verifying the functionality of systems with a strong focus on AI use cases

- Define & implement best practices, patterns & processes for building scalable systems including security

- Implement monitoring & alerting, ensuring reliability & performance across the platform

- Design, implement & manage the CI/CD processes across multiple platforms

- Manager on Call Service

Ihr Profil:

- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud

- Proven leadership skills & the ability to effectively collaborate and influence cross-functional teams

- Knowledge of infrastructure as code (IaC) tools like Terraform or CloudFormation

- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker & Kubernetes

- Knowledge of network systems, security & compliance

- Exceptional analytical & problem-solving skills to identify cost-effective & scalable solutions

- Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience

- Unrestricted access to the Austrian labour market
